At Gofanco we love our products and hope you do too. However, if a return or replacement is needed, we’re here to help.


Return Policy

  • We offer a refund for products returned within 30-days of the original date of purchase.
  • Only products that have been purchased directly from gofanco, from either gofanco.com or Amazon, can be returned to gofanco. gofanco products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • We will not refund the shipping & handling fees and the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back.
  • All returns must include the original packaging (product box, manuals, warranty cards, cords, registration information, installation disc, etc). Buyers may be charged a restocking fee dependent on the condition of the returned product.

    *gofanco’s return policy does not cover products that have been damaged as a result of accident, misuse, or unauthorized modifications and disassembly.

    How To Return a Product

    1. Send an email to [email protected], for all return inquiries, with the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Part Number and quantity
  • Reason for return
  • Condition of product (Upload photo)
    2. A representative will be in contact with you to guide you through the rest of the return process.
    3. Once the product is received and evaluated, a refund will be initiated immediately to your original form of payment. It usually takes around 3-5 business days for the refund to post to your account.

    Warranty Policy

    All claims made under the gofanco Warranty policy will be governed by the terms posted in this warranty statement.

    All gofanco products are backed by a minimum 1-year limited manufacturer warranty and free lifetime tech support from our experienced technical team located in Silicon Valley.

    Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to gofanco if you have a valid order ID and is within the warranty period. Warranty does not apply to products bought through unauthorized resellers. We are not responsible for products that have been deliberately mangled or damaged.

    If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, gofanco, at its discretion will (1) repair the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, (2) exchange the Product with a product with equivalent functionality formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability.


    Please Note: Extended 1-year warranty is available ONLY to customers who sign up for the gofanco loyalty program and ONLY products purchased after the loyalty program registration date. Extended warranty cannot be added to a warranty period that has already expired.

    gofanco uses Fulfillment By Amazon

    gofanco products sold on Amazon.com that state they are "Fulfilled By Amazon" are packed, delivered, and come with customer service via Amazon. Any questions or concerns pertaining to your order should be dealt through Amazon. Fulfillment By Amazon products come with a 30-day return policy.

    What is Fulfillment By Amazon?

    Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) is a service Amazon offers to sellers that lets them store their products in Amazon's fulfillment centers while also taking care of shipping and customer service issues regarding your package. Please contact Amazon customer support for assistance, as we do not have access to shipping, payment or order status information on orders sent from Amazon fulfillment centers.
