Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Domestic shipping (United States)

Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more (contiguous U.S. only). The threshold is assessed on your cart total after discounts and before tax.

For orders below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of the order.

Destinations and restrictions

We ship throughout the United States, including APO and FPO facilities.

We do not ship to individual P.O. Boxes.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or any international destination, customers must provide a valid carrier account (FedEx, UPS or DHL). Please contact us at support@gofanco.com to complete these orders.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. Recipients are responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees.

For larger or project shipments, contact Sales Inquiry.

Expedited shipping is unavailable for:

  • Over-sized shipments
  • Orders exceeding 200 lbs (90 kg)
  • Orders requiring special handling

Orders in these categories are dispatched within 3 business days. Expedited service is not available for them at checkout — please contact Sales Inquiry if you have a required-by date.

Transit time is determined by the carrier and is separate from our dispatch time. We do not guarantee a delivery date.

Split shipments

Where an order includes items with different availability, we may ship in more than one shipment at no extra cost to you. You will receive tracking for each shipment.

Address accuracy

Please check the delivery address before completing checkout. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left our warehouse, and corrections made in transit may incur carrier fees.

Commercial addresses, job sites and loading docks: please include receiving hours, dock restrictions or contact names in the order notes.

Upon delivery, please verify that all items match your invoice.

Deadline: discrepancies must be reported within 2 business days of receipt via Return and RMA. gofanco reserves the right to investigate claims made after this window at its sole discretion.

Visible damage. You may refuse the shipment. Clearly note the refusal on the carrier's receipt and submit a Return and RMA request within 2 business days.

Concealed damage. If you accept a package and later find internal damage, submit a Return and RMA request within the same window.

Requirements. Retain all product packaging for carrier inspection, or be prepared to provide photographs of the carton, the shipping label and the damage. Claims reported after the deadline may not be honored.

If you discover damage after this window, contact us anyway — we will do what we can, but our ability to recover from the carrier is limited once their own claim deadline has passed.

Tracking is emailed once your order ships. You can also check status at Track Your Order.

Refused or rejected shipments

A 5% administrative fee and the original shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund, unless the refusal is due to a gofanco error or visible shipping damage.

Please be advised that the 5% administrative fee is not reflected as a separate item on your original sales invoice. It is calculated on the total order value and automatically deducted from your refund at the time of processing. This fee covers non-recoverable merchant service charges and credit card processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

  • Required action. You must submit an RMA request after refusing the shipment so we can start the refund. Provide your order number and the carrier tracking number — a lot number is not required, and you do not need to mark the carton. We identify the shipment from the tracking number when it arrives back at our warehouse.

Pre-orders

Items marked "Pre-order" are currently out of stock. Please complete our Sales Inquiry form for availability updates.

Accepted payments: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.

For other payment options: please complete our Sales Inquiry form. Your order will be processed once payment is received.

Carriers: UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Final sale: all sales are final, except for goods that arrive damaged or defective.

Power adapters: unless specified otherwise, all products are supplied with North American power adapters only.

This policy applies only to purchases made directly through the gofanco online store (gofanco.com). If you purchased gofanco products through Amazon or another online retailer, please contact the original seller to handle your return.

Orders placed under a written quotation are governed by the terms of that quotation.

Exception: products reported defective within 30 days of the invoice date are returned free in both directions — see Defective within 30 days under Warranty

Administrative fee deduction notice

The 5% administrative fee is not reflected as a separate item on your original sales invoice. It is calculated on the total order value and automatically deducted from your total refund at the time of processing. This fee covers non-recoverable merchant service charges and credit card processing fees incurred during the original transaction.

Free shipping and returns

Orders of $100 or more ship free. Free shipping is conditional on keeping the order. If you return an order that shipped free, the standard shipping charge that would have applied to your order is deducted from your refund, in addition to the 5% administrative fee.

The amount is the standard rate our checkout would have quoted for your delivery address and order weight. It is stated on your RMA confirmation email before you ship anything back, so you know the figure in advance.

Partial returns. If the items you keep still total $100 or more, no shipping charge is deducted. If the items you keep fall below $100, the standard shipping charge for the original order is deducted.

Worked example. You place a $130 order that ships free. The standard rate our checkout would have quoted for your address is $20. If you return the whole order for a refund:

  • Amount charged: $130.00
  • Less 5% administrative fee: − $6.50
  • Less the standard shipping charge that would have applied: − $20.00
  • Refund issued: $103.50

Return shipping is paid by you and is separate from the figures above. Where the return is due to a gofanco error or a proven defect, none of these deductions apply.

Refunds on orders paid with store credit

If part of your order was paid with store credit, the store credit portion is returned to your store credit balance and the remaining amount is refunded to your original payment method. If the whole order was paid with store credit, the full refund is returned as store credit.

The 5% administrative fee and the $100 free shipping threshold are calculated on the original order value, and are not affected by how much of it was paid with store credit.

Products may be returned within 30 days from the invoice date.

Items must be in good condition with all original accessories, cables, manuals and packaging.

Shipping finality: unless due to a proven gofanco error or defective product, all shipping charges are non-refundable, and gofanco is not responsible for the return shipping fees.

Products that have been installed into a permanent structure — in-wall, in-ceiling or otherwise not removable without damage — may not be returnable. Contact us before removing equipment so we can confirm. This limitation applies to returns only; it does not affect a valid warranty claim on a defective unit.

Step 1 — Submit an RMA request. Complete the RMA Request form and select the appropriate reason. This step is required for both standard returns and refused shipments. An RMA number will be emailed within 2 business days of request approval.

Step 2 — Return the product. Ship the return within 2 business days of the RMA number being issued. Pack securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the carton. Returns without a visible RMA number may be refused at the dock.

If you are unable to ship within that window, contact us before it expires — we can accommodate genuine exceptions.

Step 3 — Inspection and refund. Returns are inspected within 2 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method.

Return address:
Gofanco LLC
15271 Fairfield Ranch Rd. Unit 130
Chino Hills, CA 91709, USA

One-year warranty. gofanco products are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty terms may vary by product — please refer to the packaging for details.

When the warranty starts. For orders placed on gofanco.com, the warranty period runs from the invoice date of that order. For products bought through Amazon, a reseller or a distributor, the warranty period runs from the purchase date shown on your proof of purchase, since those orders are not invoiced by us.

Extended two-year warranty. Register your order using the Product Registration form to extend coverage to a total of two (2) years. Registration is required — coverage is not extended automatically. An extended warranty cannot be added to a warranty period that has already expired.

Registration covers the order. Register once per order — you do not need to register each unit separately. The extended warranty applies to all eligible products on the order you register, from the invoice date of that order.

Defective within 30 days. If a product is reported as defective within 30 days of the invoice date and the defect is subsequently confirmed, the return is free — gofanco covers shipping in both directions and no administrative fee applies. This is an exception to the shipping split shown in the table above.

Free lifetime technical support. Technical support for gofanco products is free for the life of the product, whether or not it is still under warranty. Use the Technical Support form.

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification, incorrect power supply, lightning or power surge, or installation outside the product's rated environmental conditions.

Warranty service shipping

For warranty repair or replacement, you are responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us. Once the repair or replacement is completed, gofanco covers the cost of shipping it back to you.

This is separate from the return and refund terms above, which apply when you are returning a product rather than claiming warranty service.

Warranty service requires proof of purchase. If you have any questions, please submit the Technical Support form.

Policy discretion. gofanco reserves the right to modify or change this policy at its discretion at any time without prior notice.

Why cancellation is time-sensitive

Orders enter the fulfillment queue shortly after they are placed. Once an order reaches the warehouse floor it cannot be stopped, so the sooner you tell us, the more we can do.

The 60-minute grace period

Full refunds are available if requested within one (1) hour of purchase, including shipping.

Late cancellations (after 60 minutes)

Our team will make every effort to stop your order before it enters the final shipping stage.

If interception is successful: a 5% administrative fee is deducted from your refund, but original shipping charges are refunded.

If we cannot stop it: the order ships. Once you receive it, please use Return and RMA instead. Standard return terms apply.

Orders are processed as a single unit. Once an order has been released to the warehouse, we do not remove or amend individual lines on it.

If you need to change what you ordered, the entire order is canceled and you place a new one. This applies even when only one line is affected — for example, if you ordered three items and want to cancel one, the whole order is canceled and you place a new order for the two you still want.

If the new order falls below the $100 free shipping threshold as a result, standard shipping charges will apply to it.

How to cancel

Submit the Order Cancellation form. You will need your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Already shipped? Cancellation is no longer possible — use Return and RMA.

gofanco membership is free of charge. To join, create an account at gofanco.com. Membership benefits apply to purchases made on gofanco.com and require a registered account in good standing.

Membership is currently available to customers with a United States shipping address.

Tier discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal of orders placed on gofanco.com.

Your tier is based on your qualifying spend during the preceding 12 months, measured on a rolling basis. When your rolling 12-month qualifying spend crosses a tier threshold, your tier is upgraded immediately. If it falls below your current tier's requirement, your tier is adjusted following the notice period described in Section 5.

Members whose accounts were migrated from our previous store in August 2026 received a starting tier based on their purchase history. Migrated tiers are honored until [PENDING — per Rivo test results].

Qualifying spend means the merchandise total of orders placed on gofanco.com under your account, measured after discounts and before shipping charges and taxes. Refunded amounts are deducted from your qualifying spend.

Purchases made through Amazon or other retailers do not count toward tier status. Orders arranged by inquiry and processed outside gofanco.com — including international orders — also do not count toward tier status.

If your rolling 12-month qualifying spend falls below your current tier's requirement, your tier is adjusted to the level your spend supports. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before a downgrade takes effect. During the notice period, you keep your current tier and its benefits.

Tier discounts are applied automatically at checkout when you are signed in to your account. No discount code is required. Discounts apply to the merchandise subtotal only and do not apply to shipping charges or taxes.

Tier discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed while signed out or before your tier took effect.

Tier discounts apply only to purchases on gofanco.com and cannot be combined with promotional discount codes or other offers unless expressly stated. Where an order qualifies for more than one discount, the greater discount applies.

Gold membership is by invitation only and includes custom pricing. Gold terms are confirmed in writing at the time of invitation.

Accounts with separately negotiated commercial terms — including dealer and distributor accounts — are governed by those terms, which take precedence over this policy.

Reward credit on this store originates solely from balances transferred from our previous store in August 2026. No new reward credit is issued, and there is no way to earn additional credit.

Reward credit has no expiration date. It can be applied toward purchases on gofanco.com at checkout, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.

For how refunds are handled on orders paid in part with reward credit, see the Return, Refund & Warranty section of this page.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the membership program, tier requirements, or benefits at any time. Where a change reduces existing benefits, we will give members at least 30 days' notice by email. Changes do not affect orders already placed.

We may adjust tier status, withhold benefits, or close a membership account in cases of fraud, abuse, resale manipulation, or violation of our Terms of Service. Where reasonably possible, we will contact you before taking action.

  • Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission to use it for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Performance of a Contract. Where necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you, including providing our Services or acting at your request prior to entering into a contract.

In some exceptional cases we may be legally permitted to process your information without consent, for example where collection is clearly in the interests of an individual and consent cannot be obtained in a timely way, for investigations and fraud prevention, or where disclosure is required to comply with a subpoena, warrant or court order.

Affiliates include our parent company and any subsidiaries, joint venture partners or other companies under common control with us, and we require them to honor this Privacy Notice.
  • Business Partners. With our business partners to offer you certain products, services or promotions.
Do we use cookies and other tracking technologies?

In Short: We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to gather information when you interact with our Services. Some online tracking technologies help us maintain the security of our Services and your account, prevent crashes, fix bugs, save your preferences and assist with basic site functions.

We also permit third parties and service providers to use online tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising, including to help manage and display advertisements, to tailor advertisements to your interests, or to send abandoned shopping cart reminders.

To the extent these online tracking technologies are deemed to be a "sale" or "sharing" (which includes targeted advertising, as defined under applicable laws) under applicable US state laws, you can opt out at Your Privacy Choices, or by submitting a request as described in section 12.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. Where Google Signals or advertising features are enabled, this may include demographic and interest reporting and remarketing audiences. Is your information transferred internationally?

In Short: We may transfer, store and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which operates a globally distributed infrastructure. Your information may therefore be processed in the United States and in other countries where Shopify and our service providers operate.

If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom (UK) or Switzerland, please be aware that these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law.

European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses

We have implemented measures to protect your personal information, including by using the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between us and our third-party providers. These clauses require all recipients to protect personal information originating from the EEA or UK in accordance with European data protection laws. Our data processing agreements incorporating Standard Contractual Clauses are in place with Shopify, Klaviyo and Gorgias. Further details can be provided upon request.

How long do we keep your information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless otherwise required by law.

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. In practice:

  • Order and transaction records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law.
  • Warranty registrations are retained for the warranty term plus a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can verify coverage.
  • Support tickets are retained for as long as needed to service the product and to resolve any related claim.
  • Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
  • Website analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of our analytics provider.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example because it has been stored in backup archives), securely store it and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

How do we keep your information safe?

In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.

Do we collect information from minors?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.

We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18, or the equivalent age as specified by law in your jurisdiction, or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to that minor's use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children under age 18, please contact us at support@gofanco.com.

What are your privacy rights?

In Short: Depending on your state or region of residence, you have rights that allow you greater access to and control over your personal information.

In some regions (like the EEA, UK, Switzerland and Canada), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure, (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information, (iv) if applicable, to data portability, and (v) not to be subject to automated decision-making. In certain circumstances you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information.

You can make such a request by submitting our Technical Support form or by emailing support@gofanco.com. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If you are located in the EEA or UK and believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your Member State data protection authority or the UK data protection authority. If you are located in Switzerland, you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

Withdrawing your consent. If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing before its withdrawal.

Opting out of marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. You will then be removed from our marketing lists. We may still communicate with you for service-related messages necessary for the administration of your account or to respond to service requests.

Account information. To review or change the information in your account, or to terminate your account, log in to your account settings or contact us. Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. We may retain some information to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce our legal terms and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies. Most web browsers accept cookies by default. You can set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this could affect certain features of our Services. You can also manage advertising preferences at Your Privacy Choices.

Controls for do-not-track features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

We do, however, recognize and honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal.
If you visit our site with GPC enabled in your browser or browser extension, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising, for that browser and device. You do not need to take any further action.

Because the signal is stored against the browser and device you are using, you will need to enable it again if you clear your cookies, switch browsers or use another device. You can also set your preference manually at Your Privacy Choices.

California law requires us to let you know how we respond to web browser DNT signals. If a different standard for online tracking is adopted in the future that we must follow, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Notice.

Do United States residents have specific privacy rights?

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah or Virginia, you may have the right to request access to and receive details about the personal information we maintain about you, correct inaccuracies, get a copy of, or delete your personal information.

We will use and retain the collected personal information as described in section 8 (How long do we keep your information).

How we use and share personal information

We collect and share your personal information through targeting and marketing cookies, social media cookies, beacons, pixels and tags, and social media plugins including X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Facebook and YouTube. Such features may process your IP address and track which page you are visiting on our website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy notices of the companies that provide them.
